Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 June 2026
We care about your privacy and try to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what the Fullobby app, bot, website, and API (the "Service"), operated by Cat Tree Gaming LLC (a Michigan limited liability company), collect, why, and the control you have over your data. In short: we only store what we need to show seeding stats, we never sell your data, we run no advertising or third-party tracking, and you can delete your data at any time.
1. What We Collect
- Account identifiers — when you sign in, identifiers from the providers you use: your Discord user ID and username, and/or any Steam IDs, Epic Games account IDs, or Xbox / Microsoft account IDs (and the associated display names) you choose to link. These identify you for stats and leaderboards.
- Seeding activity — records of seeding sessions you take part in: timestamps, duration, and which servers were seeded.
- Authentication data — session and refresh tokens (and an optional API key) used solely to keep you signed in and authorize API requests.
- Minimal technical data — transient information such as IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention; we do not build profiles from it.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you not submit any.
2. How We Use Data
We use the data above only to operate the Service: to authenticate you, to compute and display seeding leaderboards, statistics, and history, and to keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not use your data for advertising or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
3. How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Seeding stats and leaderboard standings may be shown to other users of the Service (for example, your display name next to your seeding totals). We rely on third-party providers — Discord, Steam, Epic Games, and Xbox / Microsoft — for sign-in; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active so the Service keeps working. Guest or unused accounts may be cleaned up automatically. When you delete your account, we remove your associated data as described below.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You can review the data tied to your account through the Service. If you are signed in, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — this removes your sessions, linked Steam IDs, linked providers, seeding history, and seeding sessions, and revokes your tokens. You can also unlink an individual Steam ID or provider without deleting your whole account.
If you cannot sign in, or prefer that we handle it, contact us at the address below and we will delete your data on request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, or portability); we will honor applicable requests.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data — for example, secrets are stored hashed or encrypted and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
The Service may be operated from, and data stored in, a country other than yours. By using the Service you consent to processing your data in those locations.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
