Terms of Service

The Fullobby app, bot, website, and API (together, the "Service") are operated by Cat Tree Gaming LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Fullobby is a brand of Cat Tree Gaming LLC. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. You must also comply with the terms of any platform you use to access the Service, including the Discord Terms of Service, the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Epic Games Store End User License Agreement, and the Microsoft Services Agreement (covering Xbox / Microsoft Store accounts).

2. The Service

The Service helps multiplayer gaming communities fill their game servers: it coordinates and tracks server "seeding" activity across the games we support, and provides related statistics, leaderboards, direct-connect tooling, and Discord slash commands. The set of supported games may change over time, and individual games may be offered at different stages of maturity (for example as a limited launch or a work in progress).

The desktop client and individual player features are provided free of charge. We may offer paid plans to gaming communities and server operators (for example, subscription tiers covering server integration, rotations, and analytics); any paid plan is governed by the additional terms or separate written agreement presented when it is purchased. Unless such an agreement expressly says otherwise, the Service carries no service-level commitment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or its underlying systems or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, flooding, or circumventing rate limits or other access controls;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data except through interfaces we provide for that purpose and within their published limits;
• submit false data, manipulate seeding metrics or leaderboards, or impersonate any person or entity;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

4. Accounts

Some features require signing in through a third-party provider (such as Discord, Steam, Epic Games, or Xbox / Microsoft). You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also change these Terms; material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including for any violation of these Terms, without notice or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cat Tree Gaming LLC and the maintainers and contributors of the Service from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. No Affiliation

The Service is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Valve, Epic Games, Microsoft, or the developers or publishers of any game the Service supports — including Team17 (Hell Let Loose) and Pocketpair (Palworld). All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Michigan for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
